New features

Recover stuck trades, deposits, withdrawals, and top-ups. If a trade or wallet action gets stuck because of a network or escrow issue, Sendovex now offers a clear recovery path so you can retry, resolve, or refund without contacting support. This covers trade locks, deposits, withdrawals, listing top-ups, and on-chain commit failures. See How Trades Work and Wallet. Smoother live trade countdown. The trade timer now animates digit-by-digit so the remaining time is easier to read at a glance during an active trade. See Trade Status.

Updates

KYC required for high-value listings. Merchants must now complete identity verification before creating listings above the high-value threshold, matching the existing rules for large trades and deposits. See Identity Verification. Stronger protection against repeat offenders. Sendovex now evaluates risk on every cancellation and payment timeout, and blocks users with confirmed abuse patterns from opening new trades. Legitimate traders won’t notice a difference; bad actors get caught faster. See Cancelling a Trade. More reliable trade creation. Buy and sell trades now run extra availability and balance checks at the moment of creation, so you’ll see a clear error up front instead of a failure mid-flow if a listing was just taken or funds moved. Clearer transfer notifications. Deposit, top-up, withdrawal, and emergency-withdraw notifications now use consistent wording so it’s easier to tell at a glance what happened to your funds. See Wallet.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed listing cards showing “1 trades” instead of “1 trade”.
  • Fixed an edge case where a listing top-up could be submitted with the wrong amount.
  • Fixed trade escrow being prepared in states where it shouldn’t have been, which could leave trades in an inconsistent status.
