Every trade on Sendovex moves through a defined set of statuses. Here is what each one means and who needs to act.

What to do if your trade is stuck

Waiting for escrow: The merchant has not funded escrow yet. Give them a few minutes. If there is no response, you can cancel the trade at this stage. Escrow being prepared: The merchant has started but the on-chain transaction is still confirming. Wait a moment. Escrow funded: You need to send the fiat payment and tap I’ve Sent Payment. If you have already sent fiat but cannot mark it as sent, contact support. Payment marked sent: The merchant has not released escrow. Message them in the trade chat. If they are unresponsive, open a dispute from the trade screen. Disputed: A Sendovex agent is reviewing your case. You may be asked to provide bank statements or transfer screenshots as evidence. Respond promptly to support messages.
