Requirements before you can delete

Your account cannot be deleted if any of the following are true:
  • You have active trades that have not yet completed, been cancelled, or timed out
  • You have funds locked in a sell listing vault
  • You have a positive crypto balance in your Sendovex Smart Wallet
Resolve all active trades, withdraw vault funds, and send your wallet balance to an external address before requesting deletion.

How to delete your account

  1. Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Read the confirmation and slide to confirm.
The deletion is processed immediately after confirmation.

What is deleted

What is kept

Your trade history is retained as required by financial record-keeping regulations. This is standard practice for any financial platform and is not optional.

Your wallet after deletion

Your Sendovex Smart Wallet exists independently on the Polygon blockchain. Deleting your Sendovex account does not delete or affect your wallet. Any funds remaining in it are still accessible if you have exported your private key before deleting.
Export your private key before deleting your account if you have any funds you wish to keep access to.

Reactivation

Deleted accounts cannot be reactivated. If you want to use Sendovex again, you will need to create a new account.
