Requirements before you can delete
Your account cannot be deleted if any of the following are true:- You have active trades that have not yet completed, been cancelled, or timed out
- You have funds locked in a sell listing vault
- You have a positive crypto balance in your Sendovex Smart Wallet
How to delete your account
- Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and slide to confirm.
What is deleted
| Data | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Personal information (name, email, phone) | Permanently deleted |
| Identity verification data | Deleted from Sendovex systems |
| Profile photo | Deleted |
| Sendovex Smart Wallet | Remains on the Polygon blockchain. It is self-custodial and not controlled by Sendovex |
