Funding the vault (sell listings only)

Sell listings require you to lock crypto in a vault before buyers can trade with you. The vault funds escrow instantly when a buyer initiates a trade.
  1. Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
  2. Under the Account section, tap My Listings.
  3. Open the listing and tap Deposit.
  4. Enter the amount and confirm the transaction. Funds move from your Sendovex Smart Wallet to the listing vault on-chain.
The vault balance is shown on the listing. Buyers can only start trades up to the current vault amount.

Editing a listing

You can edit the following on any listing:
  • Exchange rate (ETB per asset)
  • Minimum trade amount in ETB
  • Maximum trade amount in ETB
  • Accepted payment methods
Changes take effect immediately for new trades. Trades already in progress use the rate that was locked when they were created. The listing side (buy or sell) and asset (USDT or USDC) cannot be changed after a listing is created.

Pausing a listing

Open the listing from Account > My Listings and tap Pause. The listing is hidden from the trade market. Vault funds are not affected. You can resume at any time.

Withdrawing vault funds

  1. Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
  2. Under the Account section, tap My Listings.
  3. Open the listing and tap Withdraw.
  4. Confirm the transaction. Funds return to your Sendovex Smart Wallet.

Merchant profile display name, notes, and policy

Your display name, notes, and trading policy are set at the merchant profile level, not per listing. They appear on all your listings. To update them, tap Account, then under the Account section tap Merchant.
