Biometric 2FA
Sendovex supports biometric authentication as a second factor. Once enrolled, you verify your identity using your device’s built-in biometrics each time you open the app on that device. Supported biometric methods:- Face ID (iPhone, iPad)
- Touch ID (Mac, iPhone)
- Windows Hello (Windows computers)
- Android fingerprint and face unlock
Enrolling biometrics
- Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
- Under the Security section, tap Biometric 2FA.
- Follow the device prompt to register your fingerprint or face.
Removing biometrics
Tap Biometric 2FA in the same Security section and toggle it off. You will be asked to confirm with your current biometric first.Biometric credentials are device-specific. If you switch devices or clear your browser data, you will need to re-enroll. Your account is not affected.
Notifications
To receive alerts for trades, escrow changes, support replies, and messages:- Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
- Under the Preferences section, tap Notifications and enable them.
Signing out
- Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out.
What Sendovex will never ask
Sendovex support will never ask you for:- Your private key or seed phrase
- Your account password
- A transfer of funds to a safe wallet
Lost access to your account
If you cannot sign in:- Sign in again with your email. A one-time code will be sent to your inbox.
- Contact support if you believe your account has been compromised.
