Status definitions
| Status | Meaning | Who acts next |

| Waiting for escrow | Trade created, waiting for merchant to lock crypto in escrow | Merchant |
| Escrow being prepared | Merchant started the escrow process, transaction pending on-chain | Merchant |
| Escrow funded | Crypto is locked. Buyer must now send fiat payment | Buyer |
| Payment marked sent | Buyer has marked fiat as sent, waiting for merchant to confirm and release | Merchant |
| Released | Trade is done. Crypto released to buyer’s wallet | Nobody (finished) |
| Resolved for buyer | A dispute was resolved in the buyer’s favour | Nobody (finished) |
| Resolved for seller | A dispute was resolved in the seller’s favour | Nobody (finished) |
| Disputed | A dispute has been opened. Sendovex is reviewing | Sendovex admin |
| Cancelled | Trade was cancelled before escrow was funded. No funds moved | Nobody (finished) |
| Timed out | Escrow timeout expired. Crypto returned to merchant | Nobody (finished) |
