What is the Sendovex Smart Wallet?
Every Sendovex account comes with a Sendovex Smart Wallet on the Polygon network. This is a self-custodial wallet. You are the sole owner of the private key and the funds inside it. Sendovex never controls your wallet. We cannot freeze it, access it, or recover it on your behalf.Your wallet address
Your wallet address is your public Polygon address. It is shown under the Wallet section when you tap Account at the bottom of the app. You can:- Share it to receive USDT or USDC from external wallets
- Copy it to use on other platforms
- View your transaction history on Polygonscan
Gas fees
You do not pay gas fees. All Polygon transactions, including escrow deposits, releases, and cancellations, are covered by Sendovex. Your wallet never needs to hold POL.Exporting your private key
Your wallet is self-custodial, so you can export the private key at any time. To do so, tap the Wallet tab at the bottom of the app, then tap Manage and follow the export option in the wallet management screen.Receiving crypto
Send USDT or USDC on the Polygon network to your wallet address. Do not send from Ethereum mainnet or other networks. Funds sent on the wrong network will be lost.Balance not showing?
If your balance does not appear after a transfer:- Wait 1-2 minutes for the Polygon transaction to confirm.
- Pull to refresh on the Wallet screen.
- Verify the transaction on Polygonscan using your wallet address.
- If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but the balance still does not show, contact support.
