Merchants are the liquidity providers on Sendovex. They create buy and sell listings at their own rates and earn from the spread between their buy and sell prices.

Enable Merchant Mode

Takes under a minute. No KYC required to start.

Verified Badge

Complete identity verification to earn buyer trust.

Manage Listings

Fund vaults, edit rates, pause listings any time.

Fees

Sendovex fee is 0.50% to 0.75%. Your rate spread is yours to keep.

Enabling Merchant Mode

  1. Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
  2. Under the Account section, tap Merchant.
  3. Set your display name (this is what buyers see on your listings). You can also add an optional short summary and trading policy.
  4. Tap Save and enable Merchant.
Your merchant profile is now active. Buyers can see your listings on the trade market.

Identity verification badge

Completing identity verification adds a verified badge to your merchant profile and listings. This is a trust signal that buyers can see. It is not required to enable Merchant Mode, but merchants without the badge may attract fewer buyers. See Identity Verification for how to complete it.

Creating your first listing

  1. Tap Account at the bottom of the app.
  2. Under the Account section, tap My Listings.
  3. Tap Create Listing.
  4. Choose the direction:
    • Sell: you lock crypto in a vault, buyers pay you ETB
    • Buy: you receive crypto from sellers, you pay ETB directly
  5. Set your rate in ETB, minimum and maximum trade amounts, and accepted payment methods.
  6. For sell listings, fund the vault with the crypto you want to sell.
  7. Publish the listing.
For sell listings, you must have enough USDT or USDC in your Sendovex Smart Wallet to cover the listed amount.

Merchant profile metrics

Your public merchant profile shows:
  • Trade count: total completed trades
  • Completion rate: percentage of started trades that completed successfully
  • Average response time: how quickly you typically fund escrow after a trade is created
  • Rating: average star rating from buyer feedback (1 to 5 stars)
A high completion rate and fast response time attract more buyers.

Pausing and turning off

You can pause individual listings without deleting them. Paused listings are hidden from the trade market but keep their vault funds intact. To turn off Merchant Mode: tap Account, then tap Merchant, then tap Turn off Merchant. All your listings become inactive and are hidden from buyers. Your listings and vault funds stay saved and can be resumed when you turn Merchant back on.
